Thunderbolts (#28490) is a Greek team participating in the FIRST Tech Challenge, founded in Thessaloniki, Greece in the summer of 2024.
Our team consists of 8 members and 2 mentors with diverse skills and backgrounds. We met and became friends through FLL and Team Greece in FGC, bonded by a shared passion for robotics and innovation. Our bonds have only grown stronger after participating in the 2024–2025 FTC season.
With experience from our first year in the competition, we have gained expertise in both technical and non-technical fields. Having earned the Think Award, we are ready to build upon our team's legacy.
We explore new ideas and embrace a love of learning in everything we do.
Taking knowledge gained to create meaningful change and improve our communities.
Working together to accomplish shared objectives and demonstrate the strength of teamwork.
Valuing respect, fairness, integrity, and kindness in everything we do and say.
Mentoring and supporting FLL and FTC teams across Greece and beyond.
Establishing a strong FIRST presence and promoting STEM for everyone in Greece.
Building long-term financial sustainability through sponsorships and fundraising.
Encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving in all our engineering projects.
